Mads Suhr Pettersen is a young photographer from Alta in the North of Norway.

He has a big passion and talent for photography and his favourite subjects are concerts and festivals. But also great portraits and still lifes are part of his work.

One day I commented on a picture he posted on instagram and as he recognized me being a graphic designer, he asked me if I could make a logo for him. Of course I wanted to do that – if that could be my help to support this amazing boy!

The logo should be a bit „hipster“ style but simple and clear. It has to be able to be used on its own as well as kind of a watermark on the pictures. So I created a flexible logo with one basis layout. The logo can be used with or without the web address while the camera icon can have the function of a watermark placed transparently on the photos or it can be used as a small copyright in combination with the web address. The pictures on the left show some possible applications on photographs from Mads.
